PCC Gallery Idol 2011 - Congratulations #2

Another card for the Paper Crafts Gallery Idol Challenge 2011 :) As I told you before in this post, it has been a challenge for me to come out with "CONGRATULATIONS" theme card. Nevertheless, it helps me to generate more ideas as I goes along. Amazing :) For this challenge, I've use one of my favourite stamps set or two "Love Birds" and "Filigreed Frames"which are from Wplus9 Design Studio.
